The first volume, devoted to rhythmic initiation is recreational (you will know your sleeve),
some exercises are even singing.
The second volume is more technical: speed of the right then left hands, and coordination of the two, sequence of rhythms and tablatures, passage from binary to ternary, phrasing, scales with tablatures.
This technique will necessarily be of use to you. Here you will only find what you need, but what you need is ESSENTIAL ! Make it a game, a fun, a challenge, you'll see, it's very effective
The third volume deals with Slap, a style that forces you to perfectionism. You will find there: the essential bases, the ascending and descending flows (pull off / hammer on) with which this style of bass is dotted: rhythmic and progressive examples of the pieces.
The second part of this book is devoted to natural and artificial harmonics.
